THE HISTORY OF SALAISONS CROS

Histoire de la Maison Cros

1936

Denise et Camille CROS, jeunes agriculteurs, débutent une activité de charcuterie sur le site historique de Murat sur Vèbre. Ils abattent et transforment quelques porcs par semaine.

1981

Geneviève et Robert CROS, deuxième génération, succède à Denise et Camille. L’entreprise est devenue une PME de 20 personnes qui distribue des produits régionalement.

1995

Pour accompagner la spécialisation vers la production de Jambon sec et de Saucisson sec, plusieurs gros investissements sur l’outil de production sont réalisés. L’entreprise obtient l’agrément CEE, signe de reconnaissance pour les entreprises de transformation de produits alimentaires.

2010

Yoann CROS reprend l’entreprise familiale et poursuit le développement avec la création d’un atelier de tranchage à la pointe de la technologie afin de répondre à la demande en produits tranchés.

2017

Les salaisons CROS quittent leur site historique pour s’installer à Rebourguil en Aveyron dans une nouvelle unité de production à la pointe de la modernité, de 10 000m2. Ce nouveau site s’inscrit dans une démarche RSE de très haut niveau.

2018

Nous avons obtenu la certification IFS niveau Supérieur.

2020

Production de jambon sec supérieur SANS CONSERVATEUR

2022

Nous avons obtenu le Label PME+, qui récompense les entreprises indépendantes françaises à taille humain pour leurs bonnes pratiques RSE.

2023–aujourd’hui

Augmentation de la capacité de production de jambon et création d’un parc photovoltaïque
